Due to Helico's dyslexia he doesn't spend time on quirks- they would only make reading his messages harder. Instead, he does his best to just make sense when he reads and writes. 

Ability: Can talk to things which reside in water >>hasn't found much use for this

Likes: Helico likes to play with his yoyos, can take them apart and put them back together with new pieces and strings to get different effects when he sling sthem, and likes to mix them around for fun. He enjoys sailing, and trading with other sailors, and occasionally carries things for people from one island to the next- generally being helpful wherever he goes even though it causes trouble for him. His favorite thing to do when alone is to reread his collection of Paladonesuch comics, a character which wears a thin blue mask that Helico has since adopted for himself. While he's not educted, Helico is clever and is unfortunately very optimistic. He is the king of denial and will always try to look on the bright side. Helico is good at mathematics and works quickly with numbers. He prefers to wear his kilt more than pants, though sometimes he will have leggings on under it.

Dislikes: Helico has a secret phobia of slime and slime-like textures, often avoiding liquid handsoap, jelly, and other such substances. He dislikes his stutter and the difficulty he finds with reading and writing, and prefers to do such activities in private. He dislikes sweets and will reject anything that is too sugary, prefering bitter tastes such as coffee. Helico doesn't like to fight with other trolls, and instead looks for "villains" to fight, and has a bit of a black-n-white thought process of good and bad. He hates being as forgiving as he is sometimes because he doesn't like to let people slide for wrongdoings.
Older Helico will have more of a spine.

Hobbies: Helico is currently excersizing his wings as he dreams of using them to fly one day.

Personality: 
Kind and energetic, Helico is a very bright-side type of guy, and tries to help other trolls see the bright side with him. When it comes to trolls in trouble, he often puts his whole heart towards helping them and though it doesn't always work out, sometimes he finds that he's given too much of himself away. WHen this happens he will often retreat towards those who he finds comfort with, usually a moirail or his current matesprit. He's the sort of guy that will easily wear himself out while trying to save a lsot cause because he can't stand to seee everyone around him sink. As he gets older, he needs to learn that sometimes you have no choice but to let go. 
Young Helico dreams of being a hero like the Paladonesuch, and does whatver he can to look and feel cool/heroic. Another thing he will have to learn is that you arent' a hero just because you want to feel heroic. Heroes just /are/ heroic.
He doesn't have much patience for waiting, and will often get distracted by more entertaining things, even playing with rocks if he has nothing else to do. At one time he wanted to be an artist, but he knows he has no artistic skill.

Bio: 

Helico was early to leave the jade caverns when he lusus came to get him and just sort of... accidentally grubnapped him? As such, he wasn't exactly registered and no drones came by to make him a hive or get him to go to a schoolhive or whathaveyou. Not having anywhere to live though, he was sort of found by an olive-blood who lived on a hive-boat along a river with her alligator lusus. He was a bit young to realize this was his first moirail, and after an accident where she died young, Helico was left with her Hive-boat. 

As he got older and better at sailing, Helico began to roam the oceans, having both good and bad encounters and avoiding the sea dwellers as best he could. During one trip he was attacked by another troll's hagfish lusus and gained his phobia of slime. Not long after, he took shelter from a storm on Arliar's island where he came across the mystery of "why is she the only troll here?" And was invited to play a game... <<Session Helico
Nonsession Helcio>> Eventually ran from Arliar's island and came across a river he'd spent time on when he was younger and traveling through Illust. It is here that he meets Gaelan again and they become very close.

Gaelan is SO SMART! It's always amazing how mcuh he knows and how nice he can be. Also he's strong in his own way and he lets you act like a goof around him. Sometimes he makes you drawings too and you... "draw" for him... but always tells you he loves your drawings. He just... he makes you SO happy. <3
